At a fraction of the cost of renting studio space in Derby’s prestigious Friar Gate Studios, a new service is now available for creative businesses to use the Studio’s postal address, telephone answering service and meeting room facilities.

The ‘Virtual Office’ service is ideal for small businesses keen to give clients and partners a professional impression but needing to keep overheads down. It is also ideal for any business looking to establish a physical presence in Derby or for international operations needing an address in the UK.

The Virtual Office service is available in three packages – Red, Blue and Gold Sparkle – to any creative business or individual regardless of physical location.

• The introductory package, Red Sparkle, costs just £25 per month and enables businesses to use the Friar Gate Studios address for incoming post. Post can be collected or redirected.

• Blue Sparkle, at £60 per month, provides a dedicated direct dial number with calls answered by Friar Gate Studios reception. Messages can be forwarded by email or called in for.

• Gold Sparkle costs £75 per month and combines both the postal and telephone services to offer a complete service.

For a one off charge, Virtual Office customers can be promoted on the Friar Gate Studios website and digital screen in reception. Gold Sparkle customers receive a 50% discount on meeting room hire charges. All costs are exclusive of VAT.

Friar Gate Studios also offers a Hot Desking Facility for hire as and when individuals need office facilities. This service can be combined with Virtual Office to provide a cost-effective solution to individuals who do not need a full-time office, but need an appropriate business presence.
